VADAC is registered as a Non-Profit Company (NPC), existing solely to public benefit and not for private gain. Our focus is on community safety, infrastructure improvement, and transparent governance.

Board of Directors & Ethical Leadership

VADAC is governed by a Board of at least three directors, incorporated based on specific needs of VADAC. They must act as role models for the community, demonstrating Integrity, Transparency, Accountability, Respect, and Professionalism.

Financial Governance

We believe in strict financial controls to ensure all community funds are protected and utilised effectively.

Liability, Indemnity & Enforcement

Violations of the Code of Conduct are taken seriously and may result in investigation, suspension, removal from office, or reporting to authorities.

Special Protection Clause

Each director of VADAC NPC is individually responsible for their own actions, decisions, and compliance. No director shall be held liable for the personal, business, financial, legal, or ethical conduct of any other director, whether such conduct occurs before, during, or after their term of office. Accountability remains individual, not collective.
